LOW SEASON
Nov - May
£ 300 Per week/£49 Per night Min stay 3 nights
HIGH SEASON
June - October
£ 500 Per week/£79 Per night Min stay 3 nights
CHRISTMAS AND EASTER HOLIDAYS
£ 275 Per week/£45 Per night Min stay 4 nights
A deposit of 25% payable on all bookings, with the balance of the rental to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
On all bookings, a refundable security deposit of £150/€150 is payable. This will be returned after departure once our on site property manager confirms there are no breakages or damages.
On all bookings, a cleaning and linen charge of €80 is payable on arrival to our on site property manager.
Optional extras, which are payable to our on site property manager, include a mid-stay linen change, and a basic essentials welcome pack and meet and greet at the main gates of Condado price available on request
Long term rental prices and availability on request.
Accommodation is cleaned before arrival, including clean tea towels, bath and hand towels and linen. Please bring your own beach / pool towels.
Payment in Euros can be accepted. Euro denominated prices are available on request.
